We can provide completed hardware and software for library to management readers and book. The technique we use is RFID. Compare with traditional bar code, RFID has greater advantage. RFID tag has only one unique ID, which give a secure ID to the book. Besides of that, RFID tag is faster reading, and it can also read muti-tags at the same time, these increase the effect of the system working. RFID services center terminal allow readers to resister by themself, meanwhile readers can self-manage their account and make settlement.
RFID return machines give a access for readers to return the books by themself. With a smart door at the entrance and exit, we can know the human traffic and prevent unauthorized books to be taken out of the library. A RFID scanner can be used to search books and count the inventory. Staff can easily tagging the books with a RFID sticker and RFID reader. Sorting center help them to fast sort books and place them.
RFID system is a mainstream for modern library. It can reduce a lot of human work in returning, sorting, counting and security process. Meanwhile all the data is stored in the electronic database, but not paper. It also create a more convenient environment for readers to operate by themself, which give them a better experience.
Self-check in/out
VD-CER is a stand RFID terminal which allows readers apply for borrowing cards by themselves. Readers can also check their own borrowing history and wait for the return of books.
Book Drop
VD-BE is a wall embedded RFID terminal which allows readers return books by 24*7 hours. Readers just need to operate the returning at the machine, then simply drop the books in the machine. The back of machine can put a box or connect to a belt track.
Book Returning
CA-B is a smart book returning bookshelf which allow readers return the books by themself easily.
Mobile Bookcase
The HC-MB is a floating-bottom basket for receiving books from the sorter conveyor. A feature of this basket is the floating bottom. The bottom gradually falls with the weight add of the books, which reduces the height of the fall of the book from the sorter.
Book Sorting Center
The LB-SOR book sorting center is connected to the station for self-returning books and sorts books in 3 directions. Thanks to the rollers that extend from the machine, books can move along the machine to the left or right. This allows you to sort books into categories. The design of the conveyor-sorter allows you to interconnect several such devices to increase the direction of sorting books.
Service Center
This RFID station DR-B serves for programming labels, linking the serial number of the label to a specific book in the database, as well as the issuance and acceptance of books by library staff. Using this station, it is no longer necessary to open the book or check the bar code or deactivate the theft-preventing function, all these are done automatically with one reading.
Tagging
R2093 reader is intended for programming labels, linking the serial number of the label to a specific book in the database, as well as the issuance and acceptance of books by library staff.
Inventory Check
The RFID inventory scanner HC8009 is an all-in-one spot checker designed specifically for library. It can be used in conjunction with a tablet computer via Bluetooth or WFIF interface to complete the work of shelf, search, sorting, error correction and inventory of books.
Anti-theft Management
The RFID DR-B4 anti-theft door is used at the exit of library. If readers take the books out of library without a permission, it will give alarm.
ISO15693 RFID Book Tag
The book tag is RFID high frequency 13.56Mhz. It is ISO15693 which is a international standard protocol for most library. The reading of it is fast and stable.
ISO15693 RFID CD/DVD Tag
The CD/DVD tag is RFID high frequency 13.56Mhz. It is ISO15693 which is a international standard protocol for most library. The reading of it is fast and stable. The design of it is with a circle at the center, which can fit perfectly to the CD/DVD.
ISO18000-6 RFID Book Tag
The book tag is RFID UHF 860Mhz - 960Mhz. It is ISO18000-6C/6B, global EPC Gen2 Standard. The reading distance of it can reach above 10 meters, and muti-tag reading can reach above hundred tags at seconds.
