High performance 4-channe UHF reader F5860-HV3.0 is a industrial UHF RFID reader adapted to complex working conditions and harsh environment. F5860-HV3.0 is very strong, maximum output power can be 30 dBm, sensitivity can be -82dBm, full support EPC global UHF Class1 GEN2/ISO 18000-6C air interface protocol, with stable reading performance and strong anti-interference ability. With 8dBi antenna, the reading distance can reach more than 28 meters, and multi-tag reading can reach more than 400tags/s. It works covers China, Taiwan, the United States, Europe, Korea, Japan
and so on. F5860-HV3.0 use new generation ARM-COTEXM3 processor, with industrial design. It
has function of watchdog, heartbeat package, real-time monitoring equipment status and other functions. At the same time, based on 10 years experience of Hecere, many project requirements are pre-implemented into the reader, which greatly reduces the software development work of user.
The reader has built-in many working mode such as master-slave mode, automatic mode, channel-door mode and so on. Besides of optimizing the general requirements of reader , according to the long time experience of Hecere, the reader has carefully optimized the functions for automation pipeline, accessible RFID channel, warehouse management, automatic inventory counting and other applications. The environment of simultaneous application of more than 100 readers is optimized, which support of a large number of readers can work more stable and powerful at the same time.
F5860-HV3.0 has RS-232, Ethernet port, wifi (Optional) and other communication ports, with 6 output and input IO Ports. It provides full software development kits(SDK) for user to more easily develop their software.
F5860-HV3.0 has the function of channel gate management. It can realize the tracking of goods and control of people by 24-hour without interrupt. By reading the information of tags from a long distance, it can track and record the entry and exit information of personnel/articles, thus achieving the management of personnel access authorization , anti-theft and warehouse stocking. It is suitable for the occasions where personnel information can not be check accurately at a short time such as enterprises, factories, schools, collective apartments and libraries.

2.Product Advantage
New generation ARM-COTEXM3 processor enhance the reader function, built-in master-slave mode, automatic mode, channel gate mode to meet more customer requirements.
Industrial chip design is adopted, with external watchdog function to improve product reliability.
With 8dBi antenna, reading single tag can reach more than 28 meters (Depends on the type of tag, transmission power and application environment).
F5860-HV3.0 integrates Ethernet Port, RS-232, WIFI(optional)functions, and other communication interfaces for users to choose From. RS-232 serial port can be connected at any time to facilitate the configuration of equipment parameters. If the Ethernet port and serial port are normally linked, they can read data at the same time. If the network is not connected successfully, data can be transmitted through serial ports.
When the original network port is disconnected, it will alarm by beep and light.
F5860-HV3.0 is equipped with 6 IO ports(4 output and 2 input) for user to extend the function. 2 Input IO port can be configured to trigger to read EPC, it can be high/low level trigger, reverse stop, or can configure working time after trigger, then automatically stop. The card reading mode can be configured to stop after reading one card or read continuously.
The radio frequency part adopts carrier suppression technology, which has strong anti-jamming ability.
